Customer Service Job Available to work within the Financial Services Industry Your new company Our client is one of Australia’s largest BIG 4 banks and financial services. Providing banking solutions and innovative financial services to support Australians’ personal, business and corporate banking needs. Due to significant growth in the business, our client is seeking multiple Customer Service Consultants to join their team, based in Melbourne CBD.
Your new role Handling inbound calls from customers, delivering a superior experience by exploring their needs, providing professional advice and solutions at every opportunity Assisting customers with transactional banking queries, general queries. Supporting customers with self-service functions, including educating customers on new technologies and products that enhance their banking experience Handle a range of ad-hoc requests and queries, including troubleshooting technical issues regarding online platforms Provide general information to customers and pro-actively provide banking solutions, utilising every opportunity to connect with customers through building a genuine relationship over the phone Asking discovery questions, problem solving, objection handling and dispute resolute What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in sales and customer service.
