You will be joining a dedicated and professional team focused on quality and outstanding customer service. Currently seeking 2 experienced Parking Officers to support this Council on an initial 4 month contract with the opportunity for extension.
Your new role Working as one of the Council's Parking Enforcement Officers, you will be advising members of the local community in relation to safe and legal parking and issuing parking infringements in cases of non-compliance. Working with one other Officer conducting both foot and car patrols and potentially fixing the ticket machines within the municipality. What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent customer service skills and will be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate with members of the general public in a polite and professional manner.
You MUST have previous experience working for a Local Council in a parking enforcement position or a similar enforcement/compliance role. This Parking Officer role will also provide variety on a daily basis.
