Multiple Service Desk and Helpdesk positions available for an Enterprise client based across Perth Metro area Your new company An enterprise sized organisation requires Helpdesk and Service Desk Analysts to join the team due to a large digital transformation and an increased workload in the Service Operations department. With a huge investment in technology to innovate and improve the outcomes of the organisation, the Service Desk and Desktop Analysts will play a key role in providing ICT support for the organisation. Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for: Provides first level support for digital workspace devices and software.
Installs, tests and maintains digital workspaces according to standard operating environment (SOE) adhering to quality management procedures. Maintains and reviews records for staff and other authorised individuals access to systems. Provides ICT support services across a variety of digital workspace environments at various metropolitan locations as part of Service Operations in conformance to ICT Service Management processes.
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidates will require the following: At least 1 years experience in Service Desk or Desktop Experience supporting Windows 7/10, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange and other enterprise applications Excellent customer services and communication skills Be able to complete a police clearance What you'll get in return In return you will be offered a competitive rate, as well as the opportunity to work in an extremely diverse environment that holds great culture.You will also receive a 6 month contract with the view to be extended.
