Cloud/ IT Support Officers
Innovative organisation, who are undergoing an enterprise cloud transformation Your new company An enterprise sized organisation requires multiple Cloud/IT Support Officers to join the team due to a large digital transformation. With a huge investment in technology to innovate and improve the outcomes of the organisation, the IT Support Officers will play a key role in critical ongoing IT support for the organisation during this time. Your new role In your new role, you will responsible for the day to day delivery of services of IT Infrastructure Platform, duties will include: Participate in build, destruction, and orchestration services.
Construct, maintain, and improve the configuration management and automated deployment pipelines. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems encountered in the information systems environment and initiates appropriate action to ensure required levels of service. Install, test, and maintain operating and system software and hardware.
Liaise with users, departmental staff, and external suppliers in the maintenance and support of the information system environment. Contribute to the technical design and implementation of new and existing technologies within the information systems. Undertake Request, Incident, Change, and Release management activities with adherence to service management procedures.
What you'll need to succeed With the multiple roles available, you must have experience in one or more of the following: SQL DBA including Always On Cluster experience; Azure Engineer with Security and/or Automation experience; UNIX/Linux engineer with RHEL, UBUNTU experience; Exchange Online and On-Premise; Veritas Enterprise Vault; and/or Wintel engineer with IIS and/or Apache experience.
