With projects underway, this successful developer/builder require an experienced Contract Administrator Your new company Your new company are an established player in the Gold Coast construction market. A developer/builder, they have a busy pipeline of work underway and starting over the next 6 months. It is an exciting time to be joining their team Your new role Reporting to the Project Manager, this company is looking to recruit an experienced individual who can negotiate and implement contracts not only from start to finish but has the ability to pick up contracts mid project.
You will manage contracts daily, ensuring that contract specifications meet requirements and make commercial decisions that best represent the Company. Your first project is towards the Brisbane area and you will split your time between there and the Gold Coast head office. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position you will have extensive prior experience working as a Contract Administrator on a range of projects, including medium density residential developments.
You will have the ability to communicate effectively with personnel of all levels on site as well as the knowledge and confidence to negotiate effectively. You will possess a positive 'can do' attitude and be willing to work on any job assigned to you. Experience on Buildsoft is highly advantageous.
