EL1 ICT Procurement & Contract Manager
About the organisation This Federal Government Department provides ICT services to approximately 150 staff across Australia. The Department is undertaking a project to renew its ICT infrastructure and support arrangements to create a modern, efficient, secure and fit-for purpose environment tailored to the needs of the organisation. About the role This Federal Government Department is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, experienced and self-motivated ICT Procurement and Contract Manager who will report to the Chief Information and Security Officer.
The ICT Procurement Contract Manager will manage RFQ and RFT processes for ICT equipment/software and manage service procurements. Skills and experience The successful applicant will be required to be an Australian Citizen and will have to undergo a Satisfactory National Criminal History Check prior to engagement. The successful applicant will also have to demonstrate experience in complex specifications and procurement documents for Government ICT procurements as well as well-developed understanding of probity as it applies to Government Procurement.
