Whoever said never work with animals… never heard of us The opportunity: We’re currently looking for a hands on Quality Assurance Manager to drive continuous improvement and lead a critical function within Pet Circle. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your influencing skills will help drive accountability throughout the business.

The QA Manager is responsible for maintaining, negotiating and agreeing on in house quality procedures, standards and specification in line with our business objectives. Your responsibilities: Quality Assurance execution: Daily opening of orders that have been packed to check quality Daily spot checks of replenishment and put away to check for accuracy Manage all audits, manage non-conformance and putting in place robust corrective actions Staff training and development: Onboarding of new Warehouse employees to ensure they have complete SOP’s training before they commence their role Establish targets for new starters to ensure quality standards are being met Continuous improvement: Review KPIs from each area and identify team members to work with to improve their performance Utilise data to develop projects to continually improve quality performance Responsibility for maintaining and improvement of the Quality Management System to comply with relevant regulatory bodies Consistently drive quality behaviours across the site Review of our Customer Experience quality assurance process to implement improvements across our supply chain Update of SOPs as required Workplace Health & Safety: Actively monitoring the site to determine the presence of hazards, enforcing the appropriate action to rectify Actioning all fulfilment issues relating to quality and safety Monitoring progress against targets and take action on quality and safety shortfalls Providing support to ensure a quality and safety culture is maintained Providing support and training to fulfilment employees on quality and safety related issues Conduct regular Safety Audits across the site Your ideal expe.
