Our national client is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to provide high quality onsite support throughout their offices Our client is one of Australia’s leading law firms with offices all across the Eastern Seaboard. They pride themselves on providing innovative, first class advice to their clients. They seeking a highly skilled IT Support Officer to join their Melbourne office.
The Role Provide high quality technical support to partners and staff including attending to hardware requests and liaising with vendors as required Work with broader IT teams across a range of technical tasks as required such as installation and configuration; backups; router swap-outs Work closely with IT Team Leaders in all Australian offices to ensure a consistently excellent approach to IT service delivery Provide assistance in the development, support and ongoing improvements to IT Solutions Skills/Experience Demonstrated experience managing and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems, desktops, printers, laptops and associated Standard Operating Environments (SOE); Previous experience working within a professional services environment Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 and 2016 products Knowledge of ITIL best practice frame work Experience managing mobile devices in corporate environment Strong communication and customer service skills; We look forward to receiving your application via Seek, please don't hesitate to contact either Daniel Keyte (daniel.keyteempiregroup.com.
