Senior Business Analyst | General Insurance | Compliance experience | North Sydney | 12-month contract | Competitive day rate Hawksworth are sourcing a Business Analyst (non-technical) to join a global insurer here in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have experience in General Insurance – Compliance projects. You will also have strong fundamental business analysis skills, excellent communication skills and experience dealing with all levels of business stakeholders.
We are on the lookout for confident, experienced Business Analyst’s (non-technical) who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy carrying-out workshops and dealing with stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will be proactive, take ownership, be technically savvy and are able to hit the ground running. You must be adaptable and flexible too.
Essential experience: Strong Business Analyst skills and experience Proven experience in General Insurance Recent Risk & Compliance experience Ability to work with both IT and Business but be business focused Experience in business-focused projects Good process analysis and process mapping kills Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Strong technical and analytical skills Ability to run and facilitate workshops Excellent time management skills Strong stakeholder management You will have the ability to quickly build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders while demonstrating exceptional customer service. Strong time management and organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work, whilst working in a fast paced environment is required.
