They are looking to grow their team with a Customer Success Manager who will partner with clients and help onboard and implement this platform to work the right way for them. Does this sound like you? 3 years of experience working with multiple high-value clients at any one time Background in recruitment highly regarded Strong SaaS/Technology understanding, and a passion for innovation Relationship focused, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-starter Personable and professional communication skills Good at multi-tasking You will attend exclusive events, socialise with clients and build strong working relationships as an outstanding brand ambassador. Your new role and responsibilities include but are not limited to; Maintain a portfolio of multiple clients Coordinate discovery workshops with clients to develop successful partnership launches Work closely with internal teams to ensure support during projects and deliver quality results for clients Ensure successful solution on-boarding and delivery from brief Identify opportunities in existing accounts to grow company software services Be an informative and positive brand ambassador with all clients A great team, an innovative suite of solutions, and a competitive salary package, I want to hear from you to see how we can make this dream come true Please note; due to the high volume of applicants, only successful candidates will be contacted.
