This is a great job for a project administrator with construction experience. Your new company Your new organisation is part of WorkSafe and involved with the safe removal of asbestos in government buildings. You will be working in a small, inclusive team in Melbourne CBD.

Your new role In your new position you will: Input data from asbestos hygienist reports and hazardous material surveys into VAEA's standardised reporting system/ Apply industry knowledge to correctly analyse and classify all asbestos containing materials within VAEA's framework. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather and provide information. Provide general project support as required including drafting documents and correspondence, maintaining registers and databases, attend meetings, manage files and information.

What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate has: Knowledge of building or construction terminology Knowledge of asbestos containing materials Knowledge or experience in VPS/Gov Experience with Salesforce A friendly, pro-active and solution-focused personality The ability to adapt well to a team but also work independently with little supervision What you'll get in return You'll join a driven team gaining additional experience within the public sector while earning a competitive renumeration and working in Melbourne CBD.
