You will partner closely with the business to deliver sourcing, attraction and recruitment for the business. Your new role Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for; Lead End to End recruitment processes; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, on-boarding and aftercare. Strategic recruitment using LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek.
Talent pipelining will be key to the businesses success. Deliver a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders Comply with all company policy and procedure requirements Provide suggestions and recommendations for process improvement. Other ad hoc HR and administrative duties where required.
What you'll need to succeed Experienced in Recruitment (End to End Recruitment Role) Dynamic, Hard-working and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in agency or inhouse environment. Strong proficiency in full lifecycle of recruitment.
You will have fantastic Stakeholder Management Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are also required Experience recruiting across Supply Chain & Logistics or Service Industries would be highly beneficial.
