The role: As the user experience designer, you will work with your team(s) to ensure that digital services are designed and delivered to meet user needs and be easy to use. Work openly and collaboratively to share your ideas, knowledge and approach with team members to build the service design capability and community Develop designs based on evidence of user needs and organisational outcomes The skills/traits you'll need: A positive, collaborative and open approach centred toward building capability and a supportive team environment Experience wire-framing, journey mapping and prototyping Understanding of the difference between user needs and user desires Proven ability to excel within an agile, multi-disciplinary team The value to you: You will receive highly sought after experience within an innovative team working on cutting edge digital products and services.
