The Opportunity Imfree has proofed our platform and now poised for launch resulting in rapid deployment across Australia. The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is the conduit between our clients and the commercial team; and is responsible for building, maintaining and growing client relationships within the Imfree Business.
The role of Chief Growth Officer is to build and lead commercial and marketing teams, which has a dual focus on deepening existing client relationships and introducing new clients to Imfree to ensure we reach our growth aspirations, aligning with product roadmap. Directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is a strategic sales executive with a focus on operational excellence and is responsible for our key accounts, development of sales and revenue programs; the Sales Incentive Program, Partner and Member Acquisition programs; in addition to third party sales programs as a value-added service. Development and creation of an overarching strategy for commercialization which aligns with product operationalization Development and creation of sales and communication strategies including a structure for building network sales applications Building a pipeline which becomes a sales funnel with guaranteed conversion metrics Setting and achieving hard sales targets Support the CEO to achieve hard sales targets to drive monetization of the Company’s businesses in Australia, the Philippines and in the USA Practical Experience Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the digital mobile marketing sectors Track record working with MNC in advertising, media, promotion and marketing sectors Track record of launching new products and platforms with strategic partners Demonstrated ability to build a disruptive business model from the ground up Must have recent direct experience working with US technology companies (such as Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc…) with mobile platforms, preferably in a startup environment Key Attributes Ability to turn strategic plans into multiple executable plans which drive revenue against company targets.
A love of data and the ability to read, interpret and convert into programs for the benefit of partners and clients. Ability to identify risks and opportunities and apply relevant market intelligence to make decisions in a timely manner. Can clearly and effectively communicate the Imfree Growth Strategy to a wide-range of stakeholders, including SME’s, C-suite leadership in the Private and Government sectors.
