What you'll be doing The Senior Project / Change Manager is a leadership role within Mental Health Drug and Alcohol (MHDA) requiring high level project and/or change management skills, processes, tools and strategies. The Senior Project / Change Manager provides expert advice and support to MHDA project managers and relevant others on matters relating to change and/or project management strategies and solutions.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in project management, change management and enterprise risk management in clinical and non-clinical domains within a health setting.
Demonstrated ability and success in management of the multiple complex tasks and processes in effective leadership of change/project teams to successful outcome achievement. Demonstrated knowledge and experience within a health context of capital works projects including infrastructure/facility planning, the application of the AHFG, the inter-relationship between models of care and infrastructure/ facility options and relevant operational policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to lead complex change within an evidenced based change management framework of practice.
Proven superior planning, organisational, problem solving and evaluation (analytical) skills. Excellent demonstrated written and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills applicable to a diverse range of stakeholders. Self-sufficiency in computing, including word processing, spread sheet and project management applications and a current NSW Driver’s Licence.
