Director Sales & Marketing | Property | $250k Director Sales & Marketing | Property | $250k Are you a Director of Sales & Marketing with an extensive Property Developer employment history? In this role you will support the delivery of high quality managerial sales and marketing functions. Your daily duties will include: Oversee the company’s sales and marketing programs; Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and initiatives; Develop and implement pricing, promotions and product launches; Plan and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans, contributing toward revenue and profit achievements; Provide management and leadership expertise to coordinate sales and marketing efforts; Maintain sales and marketing staff performance by mentoring and communicating effectively; Manage sales and marketing budgets; Achieve all financial and operational KPIs for assigned sales and marketing goals in Sales & Marketing department; Liaise with the HR department and manage Sales and Marketing employees within training and development, performance management and other various HR aspects. To be successful for the role, you will have the following attributes: Bilingual in Chinese and English and a great understanding of Chinese culture and consumer behaviours in the Melbourne property market.
10 - 15 years’ experience with a MELBOURNE Property Developer in sales and marketing; Proven experience in managing sales and marketing activities in Melbourne's eastern property market; Proven track-record of achievements in the relevant fields; Proven ability to think outside-the-box and drive tangible residential and commercial results; Strong proven ability to reach sales and marketing targets; Strong communicator (written and verbal), collaborator and facilitator, who is able to bring out the best across internal teams, agencies and business partners; Experience working within the residential and commercial markets an advantage; Strong working knowledge of Salesforce; Strong computer skills, including Excel, building and delivering presentations; Demonstrate strong leadership and management capacities and be able to manage all internal team members with different backgrounds and skillsets; Perks of the company: Work across amazing projects Key leadership position The best possible work location To apply for this great opportunity please email your resume to richardbrookrecruitment.com.au Register for your Brook Dream Job now at www.
