Chief People Officer
This mid sized ASX listed company are looking for a Chief People and Culture Officer to drive the people strategy as a core component of the next stage in the evolution of this fast paced dynamic organisation. The organisation has corporate and development sites across Australia and this role will be based with the Executive team in North Sydney. The organisation is famous for innovation and product development and has a workforce made up of Engineers, technology specialists and business development professionals.
Reporting to the CEO the successful candidate will lead the delivery of all HR functions and strategies and play a significant role in supporting organisational transformation and development. The HR team is small and close knit and the role is looking for someone that is hands on and outcome orientated. Central to the roles core functions will be Recruitment, Employee Relations a review of EX and helping support some organisational development strategies.
It is expected that the appropriate person will: Be strategic. with proven experience working through organisational transformation. Experience managing stakeholders of all levels across multiple business functions Be an exceptional influencer of people with strong emotional intelligence.
