About the role At ahm we strive for simplicity, ease and affordability in all we do so that we can deliver outstanding value back to our customers. As the Acquisition Product Manager, you will work to harness the power of the various marketing technologies to enable and deliver against ahm’s strategy and in-year corporate plan targets – specifically in Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Audience Studio Reporting to the Performance Lead, you are happy to roll up your sleeves to: Find ways to translate the marketing strategy and provide customer centric outcomes via the use of technology, streamlining processes and enabling scalability through automation As well as Salesforce, you’ll interface with other technology including Google Marketing Platform, Sanity CMS, LivePerson and a range of other 3rd party systems You’ll oversee segmentation of prospective audiences to drive more effective funnel performance for growth Collaborate with all members of the Marketing, Digital and Customer strategy teams via the Acquisition Squad including frontline sales team to ensure delivery of key programmes of work Work with the Medibank Platforms Team to brief in and manage the delivery of technical requirements related to platform configuration and development tasks Now, who are you?
