Client Services Officer - Real Estate
Western Suburbs locations - Penrith, Blacktown, Mt Druitt, Parramatta Temporary assignment until Dec 31, 2020 Multiple positions available $31.00 per hour super Our client, a large Government agency is looking for Client Services Officers to join their team to deliver housing services to vulnerable people. In this busy and varied front-line role, you will work extensively and directly with client to support their complex needs in their home and in the field.
The key accountabilities of this role are: Meeting with clients face to face and over the phone to assess the client's needs for housing assistance Responding to phone enquiries from Housing NSW clients and members of the public Making assessments for the eligibility if Housing products and services Initiating, coordinating and prioritising actions in response to calls from clients and member of the public Outbound calling to clients to facilitate wellbeing checks Undertaking service quality checks and follow-up on referrals, applications and tenancy/housing related issues To be successful in this role, you will require: A background in real estate The ability to understand, interpret and apply standards, legislation, policy and guidelines in providing services to clients and in managing properties and tenancies A current drivers licence Strong communication skills and good presentation Sensitivity to and experience working with people with complex needs Intermediate computer skills Exposure and experience working within Government agencies highly advantageous.
