Operations Finance Manager - Numurkah

About the role GrainCorp is currently seeking an Operations Finance Manager, based on our site in Numurkah, to act as a Business partner to support the operations and supply chain functions on our Numurkah and Pinjarra sites. Primary business partner to the senior leadership team, providing support to drive business performance through the provision of reporting and analysis for decision making purposes Recommend cost, process and operational improvements Providing consolidated financial and non-financial reporting Provide leadership of the Numurkah Finance function including 3 direct reports Support of the capital investment program and continuous improvement program for the Numurkah and Pinjarra sites About your experience Candidates will have costing or manufacturing accounting experience, gained through supporting operations in a high-volume multi-product manufacturing environment. Candidates will also display: Experience business partnering with multiple stakeholders in a diverse and complex site.
Ability to enhance the use of reporting systems to deliver better analysis and information to business partners Leadership experience and team management ERP System experience Degree qualified in Finance/Accounting with membership of a suitably recognized professional Accounting body Preferred candidates will be required to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees.
