Dynamic team environment 12 month Parental leave role Industry leading organisation About the Company: Our Client, a Bendigo-based boutique financial advisory firm that specialises in wealth management and business solutions is seeking a hardworking and reliable Paraplanner to join their dedicated team. This is a crucial role for the ongoing success of the business and will focus on providing high quality support to the Financial Advisors and delivering exceptional customer service to all clients. About the Role: Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities may include: Entering data in timely and accurate manner.
Updating and maintaining client information. Delivering outstanding customer service face-to-face and over the phone. Preparing client documents and reports, including Statements of Advice and Records of Advice.
Assisting Advisors with implementation of recommendations to clients and portfolio management. Ensuring internal and external compliance requirements are adhered to. Providing high level administrative support to Advisors.
About You: Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent. An exceptional eye for detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Outstanding computer skills; experience using Xplan software would be advantageous. Experience in preparing Statement of Advice and Record of Advice documents.
Experience working within the Financial Planning Industry, ideally in private practice or commercial banking. Outstanding communication skills; both verbal and written. Strong initiative and teamwork.
