A rare opportunity to join a government department in Toowoomba on a long term basis Your new company To facilitate a long term project a government department has established a Toowoomba based team to work closely with private stakeholders and other departments to ensure deliverables are met. Your new role The Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the director and senior administrative staff with a variety of duties including but not limited to: Credit card reconciliations (SAP) Assist with response to ministerial correspondence Meeting minutes Assist with community relations duties Assist the public with enquires and forward relevant information General administrative tasks including filing, data entry, stationery orders. What you'll need to succeed If you have experience in a similar business support style role, ideally within a large organisation or government this may be the role for you Candidates will need to have or be able to obtain a security clearance and be able to demonstrate experience with a variety of systems including SAP.
