Theres almost light at the end of the tunnel We are now seeking your expressions of interest for a part time role that will be live and ready to go in June.

Our Client, based in Warriewood is seeking an Office Administrator with Quality Assurance experience to join a well established and dynamic and enthusiastic team for 3 to 4 days per week. Ideally to commence June/July. To start with, it would be 3 x days and grow to possibly 4 x days.

Our client advises they are looking for someone who is highly organised, self-motivated and who will be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational and multi-tasking skills to manage and coordinate scheduling of appointments between their customers and staff who go out to site to provide testing facilities. Previous scheduling experience would be an advantage as well as an excellent customer service background. You will hold a good understanding of how to provide quality service in a business operations environment.

Ideally, you will also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding and working knowledge of Quality Assurance, specifically of ISO 9001 Standard requirements from your prior work experience and be comfortable in completing QA checks, audits and implementing any corrective actions. Full training will also be provided to the successful candidate. Out of the 3 to 4 working days, Mondays is essential with the working hours 8am to 4pm.

( Hours could also be flexible for the right candidate) The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to plan and use your own initiative. Key duties and responsibilities: Creating monthly job schedules for staff Booking vans and accommodation Creating on-call rosters Ordering, receiving and packing and posting supplies to agents Daily updating of on-line registers Managing invoices and time sheets Assisting with QA reporting and audits Assembling Manuals and Kit Bags Other general administration duties as they arise or are required Manning of emergency phone during out of hours from time to time Must be prepared to go onsite a few time a year to get a clear understanding what is expected from our customers and agents. Full training given.

Personal attributes: A high degree of honesty/ integrity Strong attention to detail Ability and willingness to expand responsibilities Ability to work efficiently without supervision Lives locally to or within close proximity to the Northern Beaches Skills and experience: Previous QA experience would be an advantage but not essential ( training will be given) Database administration experience would be desirable High proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel functions, Word templates PowerPoint experience would be an advantage A.
