Great contract opportunity for an Infrastructure Domain Manager with skills across vendor management, service levels, compliance standards, forecasting & planning Infrastructure (Technical) Domain Manager Great GEELONG based organisation focused on the community. Varied role incorporating governance, standards, policies & strategies, service level agreements, forecasting & planning. Responsibilities : Bring your strong Infrastructure service delivery experience to this role, to ensure the delivery of infrastructure services Provide strong governance and management practices Comply with technical, regulatory and security requirements and standards.
Ensure service level agreements are met across the catalogue of infrastructure services that are provided either in-house or by 3rd party vendors Monitor services with a view of continuous improvement Manage cost and forecast future capacity requirements by monitoring & reviewing service consumption Maintain policies and strategies for the design, monitoring, and maintenance of services required to meet service availability targets Facilitate investment planning and technology assurance by developing technology lifecycle and release plans Skills & Experience : Demonstrated experience in a Technical / Infrastructure Domain Manager role, where you have worked as a single contributor in a varied position, ideally within a large enterprise environment Proven experience dealing with 3rd party vendors and internal teams, ensuring adherence to service level agreements Able to work independently as well as part of a larger team, working towards a win/win outcome Solid understanding of modern infrastructure patterns, such as orchestration and automation Demonstrated experience in developing environment models, roadmaps and transition plans Demonstrated experience in hybrid cloud environments, creating strategies that break down silos and empower the different teams to create and operate best-of-breed infrastructure Ability to interpret stakeholder needs, manage expectations and resolve conflicts using your influencing & negotiation skills Strong analytical skills and an ability to identify practical and workable solutions Forecasting & investment planning experience IF you match the skills & experience described above and are able to work in Geelong (whilst initially remotely from home), then please APPLY ONLINE.
