YOUR NEW COMPANY Our client is a leading Australian healthcare technologies company that operates across both Australia and New Zealand offering a vast range of quality consumable products into operating theatres and doctors offices. Their 20 years of experience has allowed them to develop extensive knowledge of the ANZ healthcare systems and as such they have earned their reputation for providing the highest levels of customer service and clinical support to all stakeholders. Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for someone to join their sales team as a Business Development Manager in Victoria.
YOUR NEW DUTIES Create a sales plan which sets out key market and sales strategies that will facilitate the achievement of your national sales budget Organise manufacturer visits, training and workshops in Australia Engage with national KOLs to generate advocacy for relevant products. Advocate for changes to relevant ANZ standards and guidelines in line with instructions for use. Launch new products Keep CRM database up to date with relevant contacts, activity and market intelligence WHAT YOU ARE / YOUR SKILLSET Consumable sales experience into hospitals, and hospital pharmacy.
STRONG experience dealing with customers primarily via telephone and video conferencing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated competence with a CRM system, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
