Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an ambitious Digital Performance Manager to help drive our innovative new social video platform and join our high performance media team. Daily duties include: Partner with Account Directors / Group Managers with campaign strategy, planning, execution, management and reporting Campaign Planning, Media Buying, executing booking reports, post analysis, negotiations, media buys and collating data as requested Collaborate with the Account Managers to implement campaign presentations and analysis Work with clients to increase their marketing ROI Requirements You are highly analytical, systematic, creative and logical. You are a planner, and do your best work when you are organised and strategic.
You are a numbers person, and spreadsheets are your thing. You have: At least 2 years' experience in a performance marketing/social role, either client side or agency Capable of detailed analysis and a deep understanding of analytical numbers Strong knowledge of Social (Facebook, Instagram) ad platforms Strong understanding of sales funnels and how to convert interest into revenue Previous analyst-role experience is a plus Previous experience with creative/copywriting is a bonus Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to easily build rapport with clients To express your interest please apply via SEEK with a CV and cover letter.
