Food company - Western Suburbs Temp - up to 3 months Small close knit team Seeking an experienced fmcg Customer Service professional to join this busy and reputable food industry company. You will be responsible for a high level of customer order processing using CRM and responding to emails. Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding deliveries and stock, you will also be required to build warm relationships with retail and commercial customers over the phone.
To be considered for this role you will be able to meet the following criteria: At least 3 years of customer service experience working in fmcg Great telephone manner and communication skills Fast and accurate data processing skills An effective problem solver who can think on "their feet A proactive and supportive team player Able to commit to a 3 month temp assignment.
