The successful candidate will be working on lots of high-profile matters (both front and back ends) relating to employment contracts and policies, disputes, enterprise agreements and bargaining, industrial relations matters, OH&S and equal opportunities. With a diverse and interesting client base you will be working with a range of industries including professional services, hospitality and entertainment, clothing and footwear.
About You: To be considered for this newly created opportunity, it is essential that you hold 5 years specifically within Employment Law within an Australian Law Firm, with exposure to both front and back end matters. You will be committed to providing exceptional client service, possess excellent technical skills and the ability to work well both within a team and autonomously.
