About the Role Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, your new role will act as a key business partner to the Leadership Team across the business units supported and will provide a great opportunity to roll out strategic people initiatives across key areas of the business.

You will support a client group of 900. As a key member of HR function and a true end-to-end generalist, you will be responsible for working across a wide remit of projects including cultural change initiatives, engagement, change management and a strong focus on ER and case management. Skills and Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate a highly commercial mindset, with a proven ability to support large portfolios and manage across distinct business units.

They will also demonstrate the following; Strong delivery of industrial relations management and enterprise agreement negotiations Experience across the full scope of generalist HR, including performance management, organisational design, change management, reward and recognition, employee development and succession planning Ability to interpret and implement programs of behavioural safety across the business Management of cyclical HR requirements of the business, such as job grade evaluations Demonstrated knowledge of working in line with Enterprise Agreements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels. Commitment to delivery of results.

About You A motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to learn you will communicate your knowledge of generalist HR and IR practices confidently and effectively in this major global business.
