This involves helping create and execute our overall marketing strategy. This will include building brand engagement and customer retention, customer acquisition drives and helping us find ways to bring our brand to new markets and segments. The role also involves supporting our team to execute these plans by overseeing photo shoots, video content generation, blog posts as well as liaising with PR contacts and a variety of media agencies.

Youu2019ll be working directly with the CEO, and have flexibility and creative freedom for you to shape and own it. The role is based with the Pod & Parcel crew in Melbourne, Victoria. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES u25cf Develop cohesive, effective, strategic and tactical marketing plans across or digital Ecommerce brand, including A&P budget and profit contributionu25cf Input into sales forecastingu25cf Help develop a 3-5yr marketing plan, whilst executing their 1-3yr plan.

u25cf Monitor industry trends and competitive behaviouru25cf Lead, develop, and execute brand strategies thinking years in the future, that will generate revenue growth, drive purchase consideration across target customers, and meet business objectivesu25cf Generating new marketing ideas and conceptsu25cf Elevate and standardise the brandu2019s aesthetic and voice across all channelsu25cf Manage the creation of ongoing brandu2019s content through a network of creativeprofessionalsu25cf Lead & strategize the launch and campaign strategy for new products and initiativesu25cf Measure, track, and optimize all communications programs to drive stronger revenue growth and continuous improvement within the organizationu25cf Establish and manage project timelines and team members, ensuring programs are executed on-time ABOUT YOU u25cf 7 years of marketing experienceu25cf Degree in marketing, business or related fieldu25cf Demonstrated commercial abilityu25cf Experience leading and managing a teamu25cf Experience in digital / eCommerce industries preferredu25cf Experience connecting business strategy and communication strategy, andoperationsu25cf Exposure to multi-platform and regional expansionu25cf Strong written and verbal communication skillsu25cf Ability to present and pitch creative concepts and ideasu25cf Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritie.
