This involves helping create and execute our overall marketing strategy. This will include building brand engagement and customer retention, customer acquisition drives and helping us find ways to bring our brand to new markets and segments. The role also involves supporting our team to execute these plans by overseeing photo shoots, video content generation, blog posts as well as liaising with PR contacts and a variety of media agencies.
Youu2019ll be working directly with the CEO, and have flexibility and creative freedom for you to shape and own it. The role is based with the Pod & Parcel crew in Melbourne, Victoria. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES u25cf Develop cohesive, effective, strategic and tactical marketing plans across or digital Ecommerce brand, including A&P budget and profit contributionu25cf Input into sales forecastingu25cf Help develop a 3-5yr marketing plan, whilst executing their 1-3yr plan.
