Government Project Support Role supporting the PMO Manager across 6 IT Programs. Main Responsibilities: Portfolio Support for 6 IT Programs Predominately looking after receipting for invoices and purchase orders Writing minutes Writing Briefs Understanding risks and issues - report writing Core Requisites: Experience of Sharepoint or equivalent Previous IT Program Support experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to have: Experience or understanding of scheduling, how to read a schedule Experience of health projects or government projects Experience supporting multiple programs Candidates with previous health projects experience, or previous support government programs will be favoured It is a 6month contract, with the potential for longevity beyond that PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE APPLYING We are receiving high volumes of applications for project roles at the moment, and we would like to call back relevant candidates as quickly as possible.
