Site/ Project Engineer - 4-6 Month contract
Civil Engineer required for contract position overseeing installation of MSCL pipework in regional WA location. 4-6 month contract term. Site Engineer/ Project Engineer (Civil): 4 – 6 Month Contract About our Client With a strong reputation within the WA utilities sector, and long-term relationships within government authorities including Watercorp, our client has been awarded a new project that will see the installation of pipelines in regional WA, with potential for ongoing works within the business.
About You You will be a motivated, and dynamic civil engineer with 2-4 years civil construction experience, preferably within the pipelaying sector with a strong understanding of Australian Standards, and ideally exposure to HDPE or MSCL pipework. Previous experience on Watercorp projects highly advantageous. You will be responsible for the planning and sequencing of construction activities, tracking costs, quality assurance, managing subcontractors, interfacing with the construction delivery team, whilst adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Contract Position The initial term for this contract is 4-6 month duration, where you will be based on location in the Wheatbelt region of WA. Accommodation, transport, and daily food allowance will be provided leaving you to focus on the delivery of this important regional project for Watercorp. Subject to further tender awards, and project pipeline, you will be considered for a full-time and permanent position following the successful completion of this project.
