Newly created Desktop Support/ Systems Administration role working onsite in Harris Park at an Education Institution, within a small team supporting the end user base of around 1400 the systems, applications and cloud infrastructure.
You will be employed by Secure Agility and be part of our onsite team who assist in the ongoing management of the relationship between us and our client. The responsibilities of this role include: Provision of face to face end user support, to both faculty staff and students Providing technical support, troubleshooting and fault rectification to the Systems and Applications Developing technical documentation, reports and KDB records Testing, implementing, monitoring and tuning networking or infrastructure software/hardware performance Participate in on-call roster as and when required What do you need to be considered? Experience in a Level 2 Desktop Support/ Systems Administration role A genuine dedication to customer service Demonstrated experience in the education sector Experience supporting and managing a mix of on-prem and hybrid cloud Demonstrated experience with Windows Server, 365, SCCM, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, VMware and Veeam. Experience with Meraki Wireless, Cisco Switching, Cisco Voice Core Manager and Palo Alto is highly desirable Experience working in a commercial environment with focus on billable activities and customer satisfaction Certifications in Microsoft are desirable This role will require a working with children check If this sounds like you please apply now.
