We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Online Media Sector. Weekly performance updates for Sales Development Creating a consolidated demand generation plan and calendar to meet pipeline generation targets, taking into account sales priorities and strategy and co-ordinating these plans across the support teams, including Enablement, Strategy, Sales Development, Key Accounts and Industries Ensure full engagement of the Sales and all of the supporting teams in relevant demand generation actions via ongoing communication and review of results, with full involvement in the Management Team. Measure and report on sales programs and pipeline outcomes so we know what did and did not work Help the sales teams understand their numbers Highlighting trouble spots so we can fix them Monthly briefing to review the results, activities, process and future objectives; recommending improvements 5 years experience in business development, sales readiness, marketing or sales, in a high tech environment.

A combination of these is an advantage. Leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skills. Ability to apply analytical skills into business solutions, interpretation of data points into business context.

Project management expertise is an advantage. Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach to demand generation through sales teams. Proactive, creative and innovative thinker.

Must be able to generate consistently new ideas for driving and supporting divisional priorities through Sales Programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
