The Director of Client Services is to develop and lead the Client Services teams and drive the client support activity to achieve overall client metrics. Create a high-performance culture. Interface with clients and prospects at a senior level, as appropriate, and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities include: Manage the day to day operations of the client services and consulting teams to ensure onboarding of new clients is consistent and of high standards Participate in client pitches, kick off and strategy QBRs Coaching client services team to strategise client campaigns and optimisation across our digital platforms Collaborate with upper management in the development of performance goals to compliment short and long-term operational objectives Build and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Identify new initiatives and opportunities with sales/consulting team. Analyze current operations and recommending solutions for improvement where necessary Assist from time to time in client engagement events and marketing initiatives Required Extensive account management and new customer acquisition with a track record of customer success 5 years of previous sales /client leadership experience Understanding of Investor relations, finance marketing, PR and capital /stock markets Demonstrated leadership capability to developing, mentoring and coaching high performing teams. Ability to set high expectations standards and mentor an evolving workforce at varying levels of experience Experience in dealing with marketing and digital campaign management High competence with CRM’s (ideally HubSpot) Excellent written, visual and verbal presentation skills Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication, able to make a compelling sales argument and sell value, direct and respectful and a good brand ambassador Self-motivated and directed, strong emotional intelligence, composed, tenacious, positive and energetic self-starter who is results driven, exceptionally collaboration skills with a hunger to exceed customer expectations Establishes positive working relationships with colleagues and management peers In return you will get to work with a vibrant team who are passionate about doing things differently and play an integral role with an enormous amount of growth opportunities.
