Fund and Registry Coordinator - Property Focus
The Company This highly regarded, privately owned fund management business has a focus on structuring, funding and managing private debt and equity transactions within Australian Real Estate. The Role Supporting the Fund Operations/Registry Manager, this role will assist with all day to day administration and client interaction activities.
The Fund/Registry Coordinator will be focused on the implementation and ongoing management of the existing registry business unit. Primary responsibilities include: Ensuring existing Registry system remains up to date and accurate to ensure quality output Day to day processing of payments for claims, unit movement and other transfers Assist in preparing investor reports and loan statements Liaising with clients and processing daily client transactions Provide reporting to clients when requested Support the broader team, Project Manager, Analyst and Legal Team with administration support Assist in the preparations and calculations of distributions for settlements and fund returns Knowledge and Experience 3 years experience in Unit Registry/ Unit Trust / Managed Fund administration. A knowledge of operational flows including AML/KYC requirements and distribution processing and an understanding of fund accounting.
