The organisation provides a wealth of knowledge and training that ensures each Support Coordinator becomes an expert in thier field as well as manages KPI's effectively. About the role The key aspects of this role involve providing initial support to help participants link up with service providers in their local areas, help access NDIS funded services, coordinate the provision of supports, which all inevitably work towards building capacity for the NDIS participant.
All of the support coordinators go above and beyond to provide assistance to strengthen our customers abilities to coordinate and implement supports and participate fully in the community.
