As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building the relationships with the existing portfolio of brokers by providing exceptional support to the brokers, while providing them with coaching on all BOQ's policy, process and products.
At times you will be required to present at professional development days, run expo's and attend conferences. Part of the role will also see you engage and build relationships with the aggregators on panel. You will be expected to achieve weekly funding, conversion, utilisation, and growth targets all while ensuring you operate within BOQ's values.
About you: To be considered for this role, you should have the following skills/experience: Solid business development experience in the banking industry Strong knowledge of Residential Lending Strong knowledge of the bank's general banking operations Strong knowledge the residential market and competitors’ products Ability to identify acceptable lending risk to the Bank and to maximise profit from transactions Demonstrated experience of building, maintaining and utilising successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influences across the organisation.
