SCEE is currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on the Albermarle Kemerton Lithium Project based in the South West of WA The Albemarle Kemerton Plant is a greenfield world scale Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate production plant to be located at the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area approximately 160 km south of Perth, Western Australia, and 17 km north-east of the existing port town of Bunbury.

Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting the Project Controls Manager with a range of tasks in relation to Contracts and Subcontractor management. Reporting on tender's pricing and recommending contractors/suppliers for tender lists. Managing daily and weekly manhour and progress reporting.

Verify and evaluate progress claims. Independent review of specific contract documentation related to the scale of work. Re-measurement based on drawings and project documentation.

Maintain programme and payment schedules and milestones as per pricing mechanism, and advise payment terms accordingly. Assist in ensuring effective cost control process on construction contract through strict compliance with contract procedures. To be considered for this role you need to have: Demonstrated experience in a Quantity Surveying position based on site within the Construction or Mining and Resources industry.

A tertiary qualification in a related discipline is desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (both written and verbal). Outstanding analytical capabilities.
