Administration Officer: Participant Enquiries We are looking for an Administration Officer to be part of the intake team at AIIM Choices. Responsibilities include administration duties associated with introducing new clients to AIIM Choices Plan Management services and retrieving data from databases. Attention to detail is important as the role includes maintaining accurate records of valuable company information that support NDIS participants.
The role required excellent and caring customer service capability to respond to NDIS participant enquiries. Our ideal candidate has significant experience in administration duties and familiarity in dealing with a diversity of client interactions. An eye for detail and familiarity with computerized systems including spreadsheets is required.
