Hotel Manager Subheading The Pub Group is a family owned business operating a number of venues in the regional city of Tamworth. The Pub Group’s original venue, The Pub is looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead their team. This venue has it all, a favourite among locals.

A big busy community pub with multiple bars, large bistro, gaming room, sports TAB, function room and a retail drive – thru bottle shop. You will be tasked with overseeing a large team and a diverse business, the right candidate will be a natural leader with a hands on approach that will inspire and motivate your team by leading from the front. The successful candidate will be forward thinking, have a passion for the industry, and a thorough understanding of food and gaming operations is essential for this venue.

Great people manager, with effective leadership, communication and organisational skills, and the ability to recruit, inspire, train and motivate staff to a level of excellence. The successful candidate will have at least two years experience as a Licensee, Venue Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar operation and hold a current NSW RSA/RCG Competency card. A thorough understanding of all current liquor licence compliance laws is essential.
