Registered Nurse - Subacute Care
Registered Nurse Grade 2 Continuing & Complex Care Subacute Unit Permanent Part Time – up to 20 hours per week _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ We currently have part time hours available in Subacute Care for a suitably skilled Registered Nurses. The Registered Nurse, plans, implements, evaluates and maintains a high standard of care and service delivery to people of all ages and cultural groups within the subacute team. This is a 20 hour per week position, these hours may be appointed to one applicant or may be spread across a number of applicants.

Requirements: · Current registration with AHPRA · Excellent organisational skills · Well-developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills · Commitment to oversee the processes required for a quality service with a patient centered focus · A commitment to a team approach to care delivery · Experience or qualifications in Rehabilitation or Geri-ontology nursing would be advantageous About our organisation The West Gippsland Healthcare Group is a customer focused health organisation providing acute medical and surgical, obstetric, emergency, residential care and community health services to 45,000 people in the rural, urban residential, agricultural and industrial areas located within the Baw Baw Shire and beyond.
