St Vincent's is seeking to fill the following permanent part-time position: Finance Officer Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer role may encompass a wide variety of Finance-based tasks. The successful candidate will have the following skills or experience: Experience in a Finance-related, Accounts Payable / Receivable or a Book-keeping role with strong administrative and data entry skills and a passion for analytics and numbers; A desire to utilise or develop skills in general ledger accounting and reconciliation work; Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy; Exceptional time management skills and ability to pro-actively prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines; Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role; Strong computer literacy with well-developed Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and Microsoft Excel; Strong interpersonal and communication skills aligned with our core values of Teamwork, Compassion and Respect.
