PROJECT MANAGER - TOMAGO About the role Based at our state of the art facility in Tomago, in this newly created role you will have responsibility for a team of Project and Customer Service Coordinators managing Machine Re-builds and New Build projects.

Reporting to the Branch Manager General Workshop, this position is accountable for the efficient and effective management of designated projects and resources to deliver successful results that align to the strategic objectives. This is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday, 10 hour days. Key Responsibilities Provide expert project management advice and leadership Ensure project risks and issues are identified and managed Provide leadership to a team of project coordinators and customer service coordinators Skills & Experience Mechanical background with sound proven experience in mobile equipment Demonstrated knowledge of repair and maintaining earthmoving and mining equipment Leadership experience Sound project management experience Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication with advanced computer literacy skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace High level of attention to detail and the ability to apply critical thinking and identify continuous improvement opportunities Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously Knowledge of and experience in utilising continuous improvement and lean principle methodologies Desirable: Experience in SAP or similar software Financial/commercial knowledge Benefits Competitive salary and benefits scheme Company funded income protection Flexible work arrangements Purchased leave Discounted private health plan Fitness passport Apply Now If you believe you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, please submit your cov.
