We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Management of marketing, entertainment and promotions of the venue General administration duties-reports, inventory, cash management Recruitment, staff training, rostering Counting and balancing of tills and safes-general banking procedures Stock control, stock ordering, undertaking stocktakes, liaising and negotiating with suppliers Overseeing general property maintenance schedules Liaising with liquor licensing and other licensing bodies Offering excellence in customer service, community relations Previous management experience in hospitality and tourism in a large scale venue Have a passion for providing a unique guest experience Strong staff management skills, ability to build a great team Excellent communication and ability to forge strong relationships with the community Excellent organisational skills Have the desire to drive this venue to the next level.
