We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Logistics Sector. Management of an existing and designated portfolio of customers Timely engagement with your customer base ensuring reliable account management and resolution support Developing relationships and opportunities with your customers securing further account growth Sourcing new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest Understanding your customer needs and requirements and offering active and prompt solutions Previous experience within the logistics, transport, supply chain or express courier sector Internal client interfacing or sales/customer service background Strong written, oral, and listening skills. Exceptional account management skills Excellent organisational and time management capability Determination, flexibility, and adaptability A genuine commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations and resolving issues.
