Senior Direct Marketing Data Analytics Manager



We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Insurance Sector. Build roadmap for the direct marketing data capability to support their direct marketing vision. Work hand in hand with Adobe platform manager to have a seamless integration of data and an automation platform Influence non-technical marketing stakeholders in the design and implementation of marketing campaigns Work with traffic manager to effectively allocate resources according to campaign calendar Empower and manage the 2x Direct Reports to continually improve ways of working, specifically focused on data analytics for Direct Marketing The opportunity to drive customer focused culture and predict their future needs to deliver excellence.

7 years experience working with a marketing team on a customer data that uses an Automation platform. Experience managing at least 2 direct reports Working knowledge in leading teams in one or more of the following: customer analytics, customer insights, campaign analytics, marketing automation. Strong data skills with proficiency in SQL and querying relational databases.

Preferred experience/exposure to enterprise grade email marketing platforms such as Adobe campaign or similar.
