Process Governance & Complaints Manager



We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Finance Sector. This opportunity focuses on process improvement, quality assurance, governance and monitoring across the complaints area while managing a small team. Complaints management experience in financial services Operational leader experience Understanding of the legal, compliance and regulatory frameworks in the Financial Services industry Understanding of the financial services industry and processes (Lean Six Sigma certified) Proven analytical and problem solving skills to identify key issues and cause-effect relationships Excellent written communication skills to clearly articulate complex information as well as the ability to draft detailed, logical and comprehensive documentation.
