BrightSky Australia is the social enterprise of ParaQuad NSW and services the ageing and disability sector with medical consumables and equipment across Australia to the home, businesses and government.

All profits go towards supporting ParaQuad’s community programs. About the Role A challenging plus rewarding opportunity exists to join our friendly and professional Customer Care Team. BrightSky is currently seeking enthusiastic, professional, highly competent and self-motivated candidates committed to providing customer service excellence for a newly formed administration team.

You will be an inquisitive problem solver and a strong team player. Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leaders, you will be responsible for responding promptly to orders and enquiries received via email or our web store. You will process orders and enquiries accurately and interact with customers as necessary to handle the end to end order workflow process efficiently, with a friendly, empathetic and professional approach.

About You The role will suit someone who enjoys a challenge, has an eye for detail, can multitask, is solutions driven and has the ability to look outside the box. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
