Safety Administration



Experience working as a safety admin within a construction environment is highly regarded. Your new company An opportunity has arisen to join a State Government department as a temporary contractor for a 6 month contract with potential to extend. This role is located in Perth with easy access to parking and public transport.

Occasional travel to metro site locations may be required. Your new role Administration including on boarding and configuration Collating stats and producing monthly safety reports Organise monthly directorate meetings Attend site inspection as required Update and maintain audit schedule Produce Safety Reporting Dashboards Safety inductions for both employees and contractors Organise safety related tasks for directorate including vehicle equipment and first aid equipment What you'll need to succeed Construction safety incident management experience Experience on TRIM is desirable Proficient on MS Office, outlook and electronic diaries Certificate/ Diploma in Work Health and Safety is desirable Experience working in construction site environments What you'll get in return The role will be full-time, Monday to Friday, at a competitively hourly rate with Superannuation paid on all hours worked. The organisation is located in a convenient metro location with easy access to public transport and parking.
